Address for Oregon Form 20-S

I  want to mail a 2022, tax-due, Oregon Form 20-S with a payment. 

ODR Instructions for Form 20-S give the address for tax-due returns as PO Box 14790;

Turbo Tax instructions printed with my return say PO Box 14950. 

Is the Turbo Tax address wrong?

From the 2022 Form OR-20-S Instructions:  It looks like the 14790 is for tax returns, the 14950 is for payments with the voucher.  It seems the TurboTax assumes that you e-filed and just need to send the payment with the voucher.  Thank you for pointing this out, I will forward so maybe the instructions can be adjusted for clarity.
