8453-OL form states do not mail to ftb, ok, so when signed how is it transmitted? Why wasn't this included when preparing state taxes?

Most states just require you to complete and sign the form, keeping it for your records, but not submitting it.

Please clarify -- which state is Form 8453-OL for?

Simply keep the form for your records.  By signing it, you’re declaring that your e-filed return is true, correct, and complete.

Don't mail it to the California Franchise Tax Board.
