Arizona state is caught in a download loop. When I click on "Start" for Arizona tax it says it's doing it, then says files are up to date and ... nothing. When I click on Start for Arizona tax it just keeps putting me through the same screen and no state tax program. I have downloaded the state return delete program and used it several times. Each time I'm greeted with the same loop. HELP ... this is the same problem I had last year and never got a fix. If they can't resolve this I'm moving to another tax software.
Additional Information:
At the time of this post, Turbotax shows Arizona forms are ready for use and I have tried the download with the firewall and virus protection turned off. Still caught in a loop.
UPDATE:
After a full day of research, talking to a guy in customer service with a heavy Indian accent, his voice cutting out every several words and loosing connection, uninstalling and reinstalling my Turbotax Deluxe, that includes state returns, numerus times, I finally lucked out and got Rhenae N., pronounced Renay, in turbotax customer service. She discovered my copy of Deluxe didn't have the state as an option. She said they've seen this a lot with Costco purchases. Costco is just selling what they're sent, the packaging was right, what's inside was wrong. My guess is whoever assembled the kits inserted the wrong disk. That's my long winded way of saying Rhenae is my hero, she got everything working fine.
