2020 Taxes filed and connection dropped while completing the process

I was in the process of filing the state taxes  and trying to download documen since I was not e-filining them and my computer connection dropped I want to knw how I can get back to where I was.

Before you proceed to the steps below, try deleting your browser's cookies. Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ regarding  How to delete cookies! 

 

You can revisit the "State" section to attempt to refile.

1. Log into your online Turbo Tax account.

2. Then click on "File" on the left side.

3. This will take you through the prompts to e-file your State tax return.

 

If that doesn't work try using a different browser all together.
