2020 Michigan Non Resident Income Allocation Error?

Michigan Schedule W shows both the correct income and tax amounts for Table 1 Michigan Tax reported on W2 and Table 2 Michigan Tax Withheld on 1099 Forms.  However, on Schedule NR, the Income Allocation for the Michigan Portion only shows the income from Table 1 and does not show any from Table 2.  Is there an error with the allocation?

It is possible there was something inadvertently not included during the Michigan Nonresident interview to indicate the 1099 should be taxed in Michigan.

When doing nonresident and resident returns, always end with the state where you lived on December 31. The nonresident state should be entered before the resident state.
