On my turbotax website, it shows processing status since Jan 19 but I received an email saying that they are accepted. Is there a bug with turbotax website version? The email I received has the confirmation number and everything.

It's possible this is browser-related. Please log out of TurboTax, refresh your browser, and clear your cookies and cache. Then restart your browser and log into TurboTax again. Or try a different browser.
