Who is responsible for filing Form 1099-K?

Is there anyone else outside of Payment App companies (ex: PayPal) that you could receive a Form 1099-K from?

Parties responsible for filing Form 1099-K include credit cards, digital payment apps, and other freelance platforms.  Those third-party networks include Venmo, PayPal, Square, Uber Eats, Cash App, and Qualpay to name a few.
