Who can i actually speak with to access my self selected pin

I forgot what my self selected pin is. Is it easy to set up a new one?

Unfortunately, no one at TurboTax can tell you your PIN.  You have to use your AGI to verify your identity if you can't remember your PIN.

 

Your AGI is on line 11 of your 1040.
