Where do I put information if I received a 1099-NEC?

I'm a retired employee that received a 1099-NEC for an employee benefit related to fee reductions.

You should enter the Form 1099-NEC in the Wages and Income section of TurboTax, then Other Common Income and then Income from Form 1099-NEC. On a screen in that section you will be asked if "Any of these uncommon situations apply?" to which you may want to check the box that says This is not money earned as an employee or self-employed individual ... That will result in the payment not be considered self-employment income.

I do not find a section that ask if any of these situations apply. This is my problem.

  1. Open or continue your return.
  2. Navigate to 1099-NEC:
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to input your 1099-NEC and answer the questions described above.
