Where do I enter a 1099 MISC that only has box 7 checked?

Is that the only thing reported on the 1099-MISC ? 

No income?

If there is NO income reported, ONLY box 7 checked, keep it with your tax file, but it does not get reported, it does not get entered into TurboTax.
