What does Sch C Wks (Uber Eats): Ln 4a-Fed Car & Truck Exp mean?

I am not sure what exactly that section is asking for.

The Schedule C Worksheet is a breakout of the profit or loss from your business.  Line 4a is  Car and truck expenses deducted on your federal tax return, computed in the self-employment section of TurboTax.
