The check of 1099-MISC for CA MCTR says EIN is not a valid value. However, I use SSN as the tax ID

The yes box next to "California Middle Class Tax Refund" is checked.

You don't even need to enter the 1099MISC for the CA MCTR.  Just delete it.  It is not taxable.
