Tennessee 2023 Business Tax

I paid my 2023 Tennessee Business Tax in Jan 2024. Can I deduct this business tax expense in 2023?

No, you will not be able to claim the state taxes you paid in January of 2024 on your 2023 return.  You will need to wait until you file your tax return for 2024 to claim a deduction for those taxes.
