PA's Sched D-1 indicates on line "4 - All PA-source net long-term capital gain (loss) from Fed Sched D" to be entered. No transfer from Fedl sched D to Pa schedule D-1.
This is a carryover balance from 2022. What requirements /conditions if any am I missing? Or, can it be reported on Pa sched D-1?
