One Airbnb 1099-K belongs to 2 companies LLC's - how to report it?

I have 2 different companies LLC's. I got one 1099-k from Airbnb, part of the income should apply to the second company. I put all all the income 1099-k on one company with the right EIN number and the amount that belong to the second company, I put as expense and report the other income for the second company under general company. Is this acceptable to IRS?

Thank you
