My wife and I both have different 1099 gigs. should we file a Form-C for business deductions? Seterate form-C for each of us?

Great question. As you mention, two different gigs, then yes,  I would assume yes two different Schedule C.  One for each gig.  Don't forget to keep track of your expenses separately also

Great question!  Each business requires its own tax form. This article from Intuit is a great one to reference for more information.  If you both are sole proprietors and haven't elected another business treatment, each of you would typically file a schedule C with your federal form 1040 to account for your business.
