'My employer pays me office rent on a 1099-MISC because I work from home full-time. This space is in my home; how do I deduct it?

The sec for this company works from a home office, we do not rent office space outside my home.

You will need to create a schedule C for this.  You can enter the 1099-MISC as the income and then you can enter the actual expenses for the percentage of your home that is your home office and that will reduce or eliminate your taxable income from this subsidy.
