To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
Search your hard drive for the saved tax data file using this search parameter - *.tax*
If you are using the desktop version, you do have to hit save. If you did not hit save, then it is possible that it is gone and you will need to start over.
You can select File Open and if your return is available, you should be able to find it that way.

If you are using the online version, it is possible that you signed into the wrong account.
