Medical deductions when self employed . Caregiver & Covid questions

I am self employed & spouse is W2 employee. Trying to figure out if there are any possible deductions available this year for 2 medical circumstances. Not getting any prompts from TurboTax to let me get some credits.

First circumstance: Spouse had emergency surgery & I had to be his caregiver for a few weeks while he recovered. If I don't work I don't get paid. Is there any place to claim that lost income (the days were booked but had to be cancelled as he required a caregiver)?

Second circumstance: Stupid COVID yet one more time that I responsibly quarantined for the 5 days out of work. Are those able to be written off as lost income?

Thanks community!!!

Unfortunately, the emergency Covid leave credits are all expired for 2022.  There is also no credit for family leave for self-employed.
