Is all info entered into turbotax submitted to IRS or just your tax return?

I am more curious than anything. When filling out self-employment income turbotax asks for payor name and EIN or SSN, but on tax form Schedule C there are no boxes for this information. Does turbotax submit everything you input to the IRS or just your tax return?

Just your actual tax return.  So like you can just enter your total self employment income as Cash and don't need to enter each 1099Misc you got.
