Income without 1099s

I have side work income that I did not get 1099s for. Will this cause me issues when reporting on my taxes:(? Like them not being excepted or getting audited?

No, it will not cause any issues.  Any income received, whether or not a tax reporting form is received, is required to be reported on your tax return.  As long as you report your income that's all that matters.  Since this is side work, it would be considered self employment.  The links below will show you how to report it and some deductions that you may have had that allowed you to earn the income.
