If I own a single member LLC without any activity or income, do I file taxes?

Your single-member LLC is a disregarded entity for tax purposes.

 

You report ‌income and expenses of the LLC on Schedule C (or Schedule E or F) of your personal return.

 

If the LLC has no income or expenses in 2023, there's nothing to report.
