I have an EIN for my corporation that was never used for filing my taxes. I dont want any liabilities against me personally. Can i go back and file or correct returns with EIN?

"Can i go back and file or correct returns with EIN?"

You can generally amend (correct) past returns that you filed, but it is unclear how you handled the EIN with respect to filing past returns (or not).

Did you actually file returns for your corporation or did you not file them at all? If you filed returns for your corporation, did you use some other tax ID number?

Please provide more details.

What type of business "EXACTLY"? I ask, because a single member LLC, Multi-member LLC and Partnerships are *NOT* corporations.

I have filed my taxes and  they got rejected because the EIN number on my W-2s was wrong. How do I go back in and fix that,  If I can't print or fix through the app.
