I have a 1099-Misc that is not for personal use or personal income, it is a grant for program funding. How do I report this ?

part of it is a reimbursement, and the other part is funding for a program by a non-profit

If the income didn't belong to you and instead it was for a program, the issuer of the form should correct the 1099-MISC and issue it under the non-profit's name. If they won't fix the Form 1099-MISC even after you asked for a change, you can contact the IRS and file a complaint. ‌You can call them at 800-829-1040 or set up an appointment to visit an IRS taxpayer assistance center (TAC).
