For 2022, on a business trip solely, are all meals 100% deductible if from a restaurant. If so, Does this include self meals only without entertaining a client, etc?

For 2022, as long as they qualify as a business meal (not just you going out to eat at the neighborhood restaurant because you like their food) then yes, they are 100% deductible when you eat at a restaurant.  

So, if you were on a business trip away from home and went to a restaurant, the meal would be 100% deductible for food and drinks as long as it was not considered lavish.
