Do I qualify as a dependent to my parents? I’m 27 years old and live with them. I’m self employed but don’t make enough to pay for half my expenses.

If you made at least $4700 in 2023 no one can claim you as a dependent.

Probably not.  Once you turn 24 (unless you are permanently disabled), whether you pay for half of your expenses or not, is irrelevant.   If, as a self-employed individual, you made more than $4700, you can't be claimed as a dependent
