Can I claim my daughter as a dependent on my taxes if she is a full time student and under 24. She had 2 jobs and made over 12,070 plus a 1099 misc totaling 2332?

You can claim her if she didn’t provide more than half of her support for the year and no one else can claim her.

Yes, you can claim your daughter as your dependent as long as all of the requirements listed in this FAQ are met.

She will need to file her own return. See this FAQ for reference.
