WIth a SSA-1099, what about the Benefits paid back to SSA?

We're trying to find out if the amount in box 4 as benefits repaid to SSA is grounds for any more refund. If so, where to we insert it?

Box 4 is entered with the rest of your SSA-1099; TurboTax will take care of it from there.

Doing My 2019 taxes-where does TurboTax "take care of this". So far, it's just ignored.
