Regarding your 1099-R, YES, if your 1099-R is available through our partner
program, TurboTax can import that form. If it isn't available, you’ll have to manually enter your 1099-R information in
TurboTax. This can happen if your bank/brokerage is not a partner, or if
they did not make your form available for import this year. If you are unable to import, you will need to contact your plan administrator, bank, or broker and ask them to send you a copy.
To see which providers are partner program providers, in TurboTax Online, follow these steps.
IRS form 1099-R is used to report the distribution of retirement benefits such as pensions and annuities. You should receive a copy of Form 1099-R, or some variation, if you received a distribution of $10 or more from your retirement plan.
