Will the new 8915-E form allow me to make separate payments on taxes owed from Cares Act 401k withdrawal?

For 8915-E will give you the opportunity to include the income in 3 equal parts over 3 years, 2020, 2021 and 2022, so you are taxed on only 1/3 of the distribution in each of those three years.
