Will or did I get credit for additional taxes withheld? In addition to federal withholdings I had $25 taken from paycheck biweekly so that I would not owe IRS

I owed IRS previous year, tax advice suggested I send additional money via paycheck can I claim that or is it already counted in box 2 on w2

The "extra" amount you had withheld from your paychecks is included in box 2 of your W-2.  There is not a "special" place on your W-2 for that.  The employer puts all of the federal tax withheld in box 2, so just enter your W-2 exactly as it appears and let the software do the calculations.
