Will I have to wait until the last round of checks because I filed a 1099 and have no taxable income to be refunded?

Not necessarily.  There is not a specific time table for when you will receive your Stimulus Check.

 

The IRS is setting up a portal so you can give them the information your banking account information. Which will help you receive the payment quicker.

 

Please check on the IRS web site later this month for the portal at www.irs.gov.
