Why is TurboTax is asking me to fill out an RRB-1099-R form sinceI have no RailRoad connection, ever in my life?

I am trying to fill in the 1099 info on my own since TurboTax was unable to access the forms on several previous attempts. Is that why there is a problem?

What document do you actually have?

 

If you have a SSA1099:

 

 Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security  (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.

 

Or do you have a 1099R?

 

To enter your retirement income, Go to  Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA  401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
