Why does Turbo Tax show traditional and roth ira distributions as $0. total but $4,000. taxable?

We took no IRA distributions, I'm wondering if it has something to do with spouse's Social Security retirement benefits (because I can't think of anything else whatsoever!)?

What lines are you referring to? And these are both on the 1040, right?

It shows up on the 1040 line 4b ($4000) while 4a is $0. We took NO IRA distribution.

Just figured it out (finally ~). Old 2020 distribution divided over 3 years.
