Why does the form I am to send to the IRS (1040) printed from my turbo tax information, not include information on my IRA's and annuities?

@dabtan Did you have a distribution from your IRA's and annuities in 2018? If so, those values should appear on line 4a and 4b.

The amounts are there, but no detail on who the companies were that made the distribution and what was taxable.  Last year all that information was to be sent to the IRS.

That is not information that is generally printed on the 1040
