Why does my 408p SIMPLE IRA plan not qualify on turbotax for the retirement savings contributions credit?

My 408p SIMPLE IRA deductions on my W2 are not showing up for the retirement savings credit. Why is this?

According to the qualifications, I qualify for the credit and I am not using a 1040EZ. I qualify for this, but it does show that on turbotax.

There are income limitations to claim the Saver's Credit.  It also cannot be used with a 1040EZ return.
