Why does Modern Woodman of Anerica's 1099-R show them as payer instead of a bank or other FI?

TT seems to stumble at accepting the 1099R. I don't understtand why.

The payer on the 1099-R can be a bank or a investment company.  Basically, whoever is making the payments to you or sending you the funds from the retirement plan would be listed as the payer.

What type of issue are you having that it stumbles?  When you enter your 1099-R, there is no criteria for the name of the company to be considered a bank or investment firm or etc.  You should be able to type in the name as it appears on  your form.
