Why do I have multiple entries for sa few of my 1099-Rs?

I thought I was reviewing an entry but ended up with it posted twice.

Delete the duplicated entry.    Search for 1099-R and use the Jump to 1099-R link.   This will show a summary of all the 1099-Rs you have entered.   If there is a duplicate, click on the trash can icon or delete button to remove it.
