Why didn't tubotax accept an edited 1099 and W2 form?

on one of my 1099 R s





box 7 needed to have a number removed,  I did that but the correction doesnt show up on the review

Please clarify what you are trying to do.  What 1099 are you trying to modify? 1099-MISC, NEC. R or others?  Also, what was in Box 7 and what did you change it to?
