First, make sure that your state return was actually successfully filed and accepted (if efiled.) Did you efile it, or did you file by mail?
If you used Online TurboTax and efiled the state return, log into Online TurboTax and look at the Tax Home to see the state return efile status. Does it show the return was accepted, rejected, printed, started, or what?
Or if you chose to file the state return by mail, you would have had to print, sign, and mail it yourself. TurboTax does not mail it for you.
