Why am I asked about requesting a waiver for a missed RMD? RMD was not missed and all info from 1099-R was entered

I have double checked entries and even deleted and started over.

to avoid wrongful penalty, for each 1099-R, tell TurboTax that distributed amount is the calculated required amount.
