Which version of TurboTax, e.g., Deluxe or Premier, will deal with a 1099-R ( a conversion from an IRA to a Roth IRA)?

Every version of the CD/download has all of the same forms and schedules.  You can use Deluxe.

All versions of TurboTax support entering a Form 1099-R that reports a Roth conversion.
