Where to put SEP IRA Contributions

Hi,

My husband and I own an LLC in a non-community property state, filing a partnership return. We each contributed to a SEP IRA. A few questions:

1. Should those contributions be entered on the partnership return or only on our individual return?

2. If on the partnership return, how do I change the entry if we did not contribute the full 20% allowed?

3. We contributed equal amounts to our SEP IRAs, but our ownership percentage is 51%/49%. How do I reconcile this on the filing?

Thank you!

1) Enter your SEP contributions on your personal tax return.

2) N/A

3) Enter your actual SEP contributions and the income from both Schedules K-1. The income is being reported on joint tax return, so the percentages shouldn't matter.
