Where is the FEDERAL ID NUMBER on the Form 1099-R?

On Form 1099-R the Payer's Federal ID number is located in the box just below the Payer's name and address, on the left side of the form.  It's referred to as a Payer's TIN (Tax ID Number) on the Form.
