Where is the drop down box to import my year end investment distributions

Go to the Federal section of the program.

1. Select Income & Expenses
2. Select Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other
3. Continue through the screens answering yes to confirm you have sales of investments to input this year.
4. When you see the following screen, search for your bank name in the box to import the information directly into TurboTax

The drop down list is missing.  Only has institutions beginning with A.  Where are the others?
