Where is form for state pensions

do not see a form for pensions from new hampshire or vermont

You enter your pension in the federal program.  You need a 1099R from the plan.

 

 

To enter your retirement income, Go to  Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA  401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
