A Form 3922 should be issued to you when you receive stock via an ESPP.
If you didn't sell any of that stock there is no need to report or input the Form 3922. But hang onto it as you'll need it to determine the basis of the stock when you do sell.
If you did sell the stock then the Form 3922 information is asked for when you sell the stock and dip down into the "ESPP" stock sale interview.
