Where do you enter CD early withdrawal penalty from 1099int (which shows on line 2) but TT entry does not have block for line 2?

On the 1099-INT screen, check the box that says 'my form has info in other boxes'.

 

You will then be able to enter the amount of the Early Withdrawal Penalty in Box 2.
