Where do I report that I cashed a traditional IRA (I've received a 1099-R) in 2018?

You report it by entering the 1099-R. To enter the 1099-R, type 1099-R in the search box and click on jump to 1099-R. Make sure you select the correct type of 1099-R and answer all the followup questions.
