Where do I find the Payer TIN # on my Social Security SSA-1099. I can't fill out the Turbotax info without this missing number

This TurboTax Best Answer says that the Social Security Administration does not have a TIN.  Nor do I find a place to enter one.

Enter Social Security here.

1. Click on Federal Taxes
2. Click on Wages and Income
3. Scroll down to the Retirement Plans and Social Security
4. Select Social Security (SSA-1099, RRB-1009)
